Everyone's invited! I've rented a room as large as the world wide web, so anyone can attend. Bring your friends!
I've invited my agent, publicist, editor, copy editor, web designer, marketing team, research assistants, and secretary, but they won't eat much because they're me. There's plenty of food for everyone.
Blarney Stone French Dip
Sauced Quail and Portobello Mushroom Tapas
Chili and Cornbread
Cheeseburger and Fries
Scrambled Eggs with Bacon and Hash Browns
Canned Chinese Food
Wide Variety of Lettuces
Steaming Hot Cocoa (A crowd pleaser!)
For those who want something stronger:
Various Foo-Foo Drinks with Decorative Umbrellas
Frozen Strawberry Margarita
Strawberry Tart (I don't recommend.)
Homemade Ice Cream
Orgasmic Chocolate Cheesecake
Halloween-shaped Sugar Cookies decorated for Christmas
The room is filled with flowers mentioned in the novel. Daisies, pink, red, and yellow roses, and rhododendrons.
The soundtrack from the book plays as background music. Attendees unafraid of embarrassing themselves also participate in Super Bowl Shuffle Karaoke. Fun. Fun!
Video clips from all the movies mentioned in the book play on screens around the room and attendees reminisce about when they saw those flicks.
Since the books are virtual and I can't give away autographed copies, here's what I'm going to do.
Sob Sopper® Giveaway! If you don't know what a sob sopper is, then you'll have to read the book to find out.
The Sob Sopper® Giveaway is now over. Lea and Marilyn are the lucky winners!
